A upper or lower protocol prosthesis is cemented on four implants, that receive immediate loading, right after surgery.
The prosthesis can be fixed with metal bars; covered with acrylic teeth or getting multiple individual ceramic crowns; or even removable like an overdenture type, indicated in some cases.
